Is it easy to put the case on my phone/device?
Yes! Our cases snap On and Off easily, NO tools needed.
Will the crystals easily fall off?
All crystals and accessories are strongly attached with our special made glue that will NOT easily fall off.
How long do I expect to receive my order?
Currently, the case making time is about 14 business days (not including the weekends and holidays). We ship out your order within 24 hours upon the production of your case is completed, and you will receive a tracking info email from us as soon as your case has been shipped. Due to the high volume of custom orders, we are unable to rush your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will I get exact design that is showing in the product image?
Your case will match 99% of the product image shown. In case of limitation on toys, jewelries, and accessories of the original design used, we will replace with similar ones. The entire theme, colouring, and style will not change.
May I make a special change to the design?
YES! special changes are welcome. If you would like to make any changes to the design, please enter the details in the "message box" during the checkout process or send us a change request email along with your order #. We will do our best to fulfill your requests.
What do I get for my order?
